I entered from the parking garage on the second floor, then went down the escalator and came out facing where I normally played. Oh my God. It's now a sunglasses counter! After asking around, I learned the piano had been moved, and I found it underneath the escalators, in a cozy little niche. It was all locked up - pianists normally start at noon on Sundays. I asked around to see if my old manager and friend still worked there, but no one knew his name. Sadness.

Did you linger at the piano or sit down and play a piece?
